The Physical Exam section is catalogued by organ systems, as commonly seen in many electronic medical record systems. Users can select what parts of the body to examine on the patient. Often only patient photos or videos of the examination are provided, which require the users to interpret the actual findings. This is an especially innovative feature, because most commercial computer-based simulation products simply reveal the answers in text form, or provide unrealistic drawings. While performing the physical exam, users need to decide whether each piece of information is diagnostically critical by clicking on the corresponding "Critical" button.
